PictureCom Classroom - Distance Learning
PictureCom Classroom is an ideal platform on which to operate an on-line class. The school has the option of subscribing a complete class to PictureCom Classroom or has each student register attendance for a specific course. The instructor, as the host, can integrate a combined number of up to 15 video students with another 150 audio participants. All attendees are able to view the class and share in any data collaboration. The teacher may use PowerPoint, spreadsheets, or white board for all students to view. One at a time the instructor can enter a student’s computer in which to provide assistance or correct a problem. PictureCom Classroom’s unique features permit the teacher to send out a test to all students and retrieve it before the class is completed or at a later time. PictureCom Classroom is the lowest cost, most effective method of providing distance learning whether it be to the student’s dormitory or to a student’s home half way across the country. PictureCom Classroom permits students and schools to receive unlimited use on a monthly or semester (4 months) basis for under $10 per month per participant.
